The BlackMamba is designed to patch arcs and straight sections at the same time. It is not well suited for continuous use in straight pipes, so we have designed the Straight Snake Liner for straight pipes.

All packers are used in conjunction with glass mats and silicate resin in a point repair system (or entire pipe lengths). They provide a durable, waterproof and structural repair over offset joints and damaged pipe sections.
This prevents root infiltration or infiltration and ex filtration. Which makes water protection very pleasant.
Cracks, fractures, missing pipe parts, broken branches and much more can be repaired.
We also offer the matching patch kit.
The packers are designed to be as flexible as possible.
The BlackMamba can patch 180 degree bends on one piece or several different bends at once.

The packers can be equipped with fiberglass mat or liner mat.

It is also worth mentioning that by attending a training course, an extended equipment performance can be achieved.
Durability with correct use about 2500 patches.
It should also be noted that only 80% of the total liner can be covered with the mat (this is a rough guide value).

As a rule, the following guide values apply, based on the total length of the packers.
With   40 inch packers  ( 55 Psi max.) 2 to 3 feet can be occupied.
With   60 inch packers ( 45 Psi max.) 3 to 4 feet can be occupied.
With   80 inch packers ( 45 Psi max.) 5 to 6 feet can be occupied.
With 100 inch packers ( 45 Psi max.) 7 to 8 feet can be occupied.
With 120 inch packers ( 45 Psi max.) 8 to 9 feet can be occupied.
With 155 inch packers ( 45 Psi max.) 11 to 12 feet can be occupied.
With 195 inch packers ( 45 Psi max.) 15 to 16 feet can be occupied.
With 235 inch packers ( 45 Psi max.) 18 to 19 feet can be occupied.
